As a recipient of the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator), I believe that continuing my education (beyond the minimum requirement) is crucial in order to be successful in what I do.  I attend many classes on different subjects including financing in the luxury market, home staging, foreclosures, short sales, REOs (bank owned homes), new construction, land development, etc...  From 2007-2009, I was Chairman of the Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour and am active with the Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour, Heart of Scottsdale Tour, Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour, Pinnacle Peak Home Tour, and Women's Council of Realtors.
