   Welcome to my world!  I have been so fortunate in real estate as I have been able to work with the most wonderful buyers and sellers AZ has to offer.  From first time home buyers to seasoned veterans to custom home builders, I have had the privilege to represent them all.  I specialize in the Town of Paradise Valley with an emphasis on spec homes.  I also pride myself on knowing the super luxury market; including locations of all of the incredible deals this economy has created. 

Buyer Representation is something I really enjoy; I have earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and I also have my GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute). I believe that continuing my education in real estate is crucial in order to be successful in what I do.  I attend many classes on different subjects including financing in the luxury market, home staging (I have my ASP), foreclosures, short sales, REOs, construction, land development, etc...  From 2007-2009, I was Chairman of the Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour; a Realtor and affiliate home tour focusing on the luxury home market in Scottsdale.  I currently hold memberships with The Scottsdale Luxury Home Tour, Paradise Valley Luxury Home Tour, Heart of Scottsdale Tour and Women's Council of Realtors.
