I never worked with a realtor before and was concerned about feeling pressured to spend more than I was willing, but of course that never happened. Rob on the other hand has had his fair share of work with realtors and Jennifer was his favorite. He’s from the outrageous real estate market known as the Bay Area and his family was never satisfied with any home they had and move quite a few times. In all instances the realtor he worked with was trying to make a quick buck and never fought for their clients. We both knew Jennifer would take the time to make sure were getting what we really wanted, regardless of any commission, and would fight for us because it was clear from our first meeting that she was very ethical.

Jennifer wasn’t afraid to ask tough questions or take the time to explain things to us. She was honest in her opinion about properties and so we never felt like she was trying to “sell” us anything. She also knew what we were looking for so could tell right away if we didn’t like something. Because we were looking for condominiums, she spent time in advance reviewing properties so she could easily escort us around the complexes.  

Jennifer gave us our space when we viewed a property so we were able to talk together about our thoughts. She was also there to listen and help weigh out the pros and cons of each property. She was very knowledgeable about the valley, especially Scottsdale, but was willing to do research and show us around in places she didn’t know, such as Mesa. We actually went all over the Metro Phoenix area looking at properties and Jennifer was with us the whole time. After all that, we ended up full circle to review the first property we looked at and Jennifer was happy to continue to escort her clients. We did finally make a decision on our home and Jennifer continued to be friendly and knowledgeable to work with as she sat with us through all the purchasing and mortgage paperwork. She’s now a family realtor, as she helped my brother and his wife purchase their first home.

Jen handled my lease/purchase agreement with the utmost professionalism!  I was at a very stressful time in my life and she handled EVERYTHING from negotiating with the seller and communicating back to me.
