Legacy Leadership Academy

At Legacy Leadership Academy, we equip people to use their voice through positive and impactful communication to change the world for the better.

  • We train leaders to build inclusive, purpose-driven communities - both in the workplace and on a global stage.

  • We empower individuals to communicate truth - not propaganda - through social media and storytelling that inspires, elevates, and protects democracy.

“Someone once said “those who can’t do, teach.” I have not found this to be true and it diminishes the incredible gift that teaching is. Teaching is a golden opportunity to learn, for yourself…and to integrate your knowledge in a way that makes it matter to both you and others. And students always give me back way more than art or anything else did quite frankly. I became a better person because I had to rise to the occasion to be worthy of my students. I owe a lot to them.” - Jen

Thank God, I found teaching (or it found me.) It is the only thing I ever did with my life that truly fit my personality. And I loved every school I ever worked in. Some were better than others of course, but the kids and the families were always spectacular. And inspiring young minds and hearts about certain subjects like great works of literature or American history and exploring ethics and justice together - was a dream. And we had so much fun! Creativity would burst through the seems in my classroom. And, of course, teaching acting, art and dance was incredible as well.

These days I teach privately and support families who travel around the world with their children, which is incredibly rewarding.

And my work with adult entrepreneurs and leaders is some of the most important work I do. I find curating adult genius is the same exact thing as launching kids and teens. We all want to be seen, heard and celebrated and everyone is made perfect for their destiny. I’m just really good at seeing the gifts in others and that’s what I do for a living. I honor and encourage the greatness I see in front of me.

And, lastly, my recent collaborations in teaching courses that aim to help to save democracy - well, there are just few things I could possibly be more passionate about. Please check us out.
